Registration & Payment Options:
- Register via Mail & Pay by Check or Cash ($TBD) – You download a Clinic Brochure & Registration Form and mail the Form & Payment to the address indicated on the form.
Register via Email & Pay by Credit Card via PayPal ($TBD + $10.00 to cover Fees) – You may Send us an Email indicating that you wish to Register via Paypal and we will reply to your Email Requesting Payment via PayPal. You either must be a member or become one, which is very easy, and allows you to make other Online Transactions as well.
Refund Policy – Clinic Refunds will be determined on an individual basis and are typically granted for Medical Reasons or Family Emergencies.
