Format
An intense 1-hour session held Indoor or Outdoor combining all of the Target Skill Areas listed below. Held once or more per week and geared toward Boys/Girls or Men/Women.
Target Skill Areas
- Speed
- Quickness
- Agility
- Power
- Endurance
- Flexibility
- Core Strength
- Fun Game – At the end of every Session utilizing all items above !!
Athletic Attire & Supplies
- T-shirt or Tank Top
- Long-Sleeved Shirt, Sweatshirt, or Jacket
- Athletic Shorts or Long Athletic Pants
- Athletic Socks
- Athletic Shoes – Must tie and not mark or slip on gym floors or grass (bare feet, socks, sandals, or slip-ons are not acceptable for optimal performance)
- Sunglasses (if necessary)
- Bug Spray and/or Sunscreen – Applied before-hand (if necessary)
- Water Bottle
