Off-Ice Training

Format

An intense 1-hour session held Indoor or Outdoor combining all of the Target Skill Areas listed below.  Held once or more per week and geared toward Boys/Girls or Men/Women.

Target Skill Areas

  • Speed
  • Quickness
  • Agility
  • Power
  • Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Core Strength
  • Fun Game – At the end of every Session utilizing all items above !!

Athletic Attire & Supplies

  • T-shirt or Tank Top
  • Long-Sleeved Shirt, Sweatshirt, or Jacket
  • Athletic Shorts or Long Athletic Pants
  • Athletic Socks
  • Athletic Shoes – Must tie and not mark or slip on gym floors or grass (bare feet, socks, sandals, or slip-ons are not acceptable for optimal performance)
  • Sunglasses (if necessary)
  • Bug Spray and/or Sunscreen – Applied before-hand (if necessary)
  • Water Bottle
